Amazon Says Kindle Purchases Up 4X on Black Friday
Amazon says it sold a lot of Kindle tablets on Friday -- four times as many as the company did on Black Friday 2010, when it didn't offer Kindle models like the Fire and the Touch. If you're expecting more detail from Amazon on unit sales, then you've never read an Amazon press release before.
